Darby Jackson is a Somatic Experience Practitioner (2025), Safe and Sound Protocol Provider, Coach, and Reiki Master. Named by Forbes as a 'Woman to Watch’, Darby Jackson is also an experienced entrepreneur and founder. After 4 years building a million dollar business from the ground up, she hit a wall and experienced massive burnout. This was the beginning of her journey into somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, manifestation and spirituality.
Now, Darby uses her 10+ years of experience to support adults with nervous system dysregulation, burnout, postpartum, chronic stress, trauma, anxiety, chronic illness and low self worth.
In her practice, Darby combines all of her knowledge of the body, brain, spirituality, self development and trauma to help you thrive no matter what life throws at you.
